Our Reptiles
Kalahari Trails and its Reptiles
Kalahari Trails has recorded over 36 species of reptiles. Many of these species will never be seen if you are not walking in the dunes. The Kalahari Desert is a great eco system for reptiles and a perfect place for them to well camouflage themselves. We love finding and identifying spoor on our walks and of course finding these interesting critters along the way. We tread lightly on earth here on the dunes not to disturb any of our inhabitants and love sharing their information with our guests.
